Our magnificent Upton House has hosted civil ceremonies and wedding receptions for more than 20 years.
Held in the Drawing Room of Upton House, with it’s stunning park views and remarkable frieze – a room that can seat up to 70 guests in a choice of flexible seating arrangements.

Included as Standard:
- Exclusive hire of Upton House, including use of all state floor rooms
- A licensed bar with full choice of products; both cash and card payments
accepted. - Choose from our tailored drinks packages or from our wine list and drinks menus to create your own, to suit your taste and budget. You can also choose our corkage option if you would like to supply your own table wine and toast drinks
- Dedicated Staff
- Easels
- A dance floor for your evening reception, if required
- Crockery, cutlery, glassware, white linen napkins and tablecloth
- Cake knife
- The Upton House team will set up tables and manage room changes, including your personal items such as wedding favours and decorations

Please note:
- all catering costs are bespoke to your requirements and payment will be made directly to your chosen caterer
- should you wish to use an external caterer not introduced to you by the Upton House team, a surcharge will be payable to the venue (currently £500); any outside caterer will need to supply proof of public liability insurance cover of £15 million
- please note the maximum number of guests permitted in Upton House is 150

Upton House and Country Park is an absolutely amazing place to get married. We decided to hire the house for the day and I couldn’t have wished for anywhere better to get married. The staff were incredible and the grounds are stunning, we were also given a very reasonable price.
